Emma Rushen, our Clinical Lead will be running from Wemyss Lodge to The Prospect Hospice and cycling back to Wemyss Lodge in aid of the Prospect Hospice and Marwell Wildlife on 7th July 2020. Emma said “This is me with my beautiful sister-in-law, Andrea who sadly passed away. Marwell Wildlife is Andrea’s chosen charity. Marwell’s impact depends on the generous support and enthusiasm of people like you to help finance wildlife conservation work all around the world to secure a better future for endangered species”.
Lisa Reynolds, Head of Supporter Development at Marwell Wildlife has been in contact “So lovely that you are doing this in memory of Andrea, I still think about her almost every day”. You can listen to an animal themed playlist from one of Marwell’s fund raising ventures by clicking below. We are sure Emma will be listening to this whilst out training; https://open.spotify.com/playlist/2Nslx8nzwodrATgUbPm2nr?si=4GsHS1Z6RimFnK3eyKYyZQ Emma is also asking for donations for The Prospect Hospice where she will arrive after her run before getting on her bike for her return to Wemyss Lodge. If you would like to donate to either or both causes, please click on the links below where you will be directed to Emma’s fundraising page on Just Giving. Emma would like to thank everyone in advance for their very kind donations. |
